The Maldives is a year-round holiday destination, with temperatures constantly sitting at around 28-30 degrees Celsius and plenty of sunshine but, if you’re looking to visit at the absolute best time here’s what high season at Innahura Maldives will delight you with:
The Maldives high season is characterised by stunning conditions. If you visit Innahura during the months of February, March and April the weather is at its most reliable with most days having clear blue skies, the occasional white fluffy cloud and very little rain.
flat seas around the Maldives during high season are perfect for boat trips of any kind – the surface of the water is often like a mirror and perfect for spotting dolphins jumping in the distance, or turtles coming to the surface for a breath, before diving back down to the reef. The snorkelling conditions are likely to be better than you could ever dream of and kayaking and paddle-boarding adventures are a must.
Increased underwater visibility
although the visibility is good for most of the year, in high season it is simply stunning with both divers and snorkelers able to observe the incredible underwater landscapes. With greater visibility comes a greater chance of seeing pelagic species out in the blue water such as the many species of sharks and rays that inhabit the waters around Innahura.
With many in Europe experiencing the cold and seemingly never-ending winter, you may start longing for a winter escape and what could be better than Innahura during high season?
