Simplicity & Heartiness
The new Sand Bar menu was created from the idea of ‘Simplicity & Heartiness’ with a wide selection of dishes that will appeal to the many different nationalities visiting our island. if feeling a little peckish between meals, our guests can enjoy a ‘Light Snacks’ selection; there’s a mouth-watering choice of ‘Fast Meals’ which includes our Spicy BBQ cheese burger and also the ‘Surf & Turf’ options featuring a Seafood Platter that’s perfect for sharing. Those who’d like to taste something little different can order one of the ‘Asian Touch’ items amongst other delicious dishes. Top tip – always leave room for the great tasting desserts and ice creams – a holiday isn’t a holiday without a little indulgence!
Fresh, New & Exclusive
At Olhu Bar, as well as increasing the diversity of dishes, we have focussed on ‘fresh, new and exclusive’ with a greater range of vegan and vegetarian dishes including Cucumber Gazpacho, Spinach and Goats Cheese Bisque, a variety of salads and Tomato, Basil and Ricotta Bruschetta. Our chef has incorporated a ‘taste of the ocean’ with the inclusion of seafood in a variety of the dishes available including the Prawn Caesar Salad, Crab and Avocado Salad, Crab and Avocado Bruschetta, Angel Hair Pasta with Scallops in Creamy Tomato Sauce and our Seafood Bouillabaisse. Those with a passion for pizza will not be disappointed with the wide choice, all made with an ‘Italian Flair’. We recommend you finish with Chef’s homemade coconut flavoured ice cream which is made with coconut cream – a great option that our vegan guests can also enjoy.

Evening buffets at Innahura’s Dhoni Restaurant have been revamped and include the following themes: Maldivian, International Buffet, Mediterranean, Mongolian Live Cooking, Seafood, Chefs Gala Dinner and Mexican.
Fresh Signature Cocktails
Both Olhu Bar and Sand Bar drink menus each have their own signature cocktails and contain the use of freshly picked herbs from our in island herb garden, the use of fresh fruit purees and use fresh fruits such as cucumber, oranges, lemons and pineapples.
