Earth Hour is the largest global movement for increasing awareness about the health of our planet. It aims to get people all over the world talking about protecting nature, to combat climate change and ensure our own health, happiness, prosperity and even survival.
Each year on the last Saturday of March, at 20.30 local time, the lights are switched off for one hour, creating a wave of darkness across the world. Caring for the environment is very important to Innahura Maldives and we strive to do all we can to protect our beautiful surroundings, above and below the surface of the ocean, so that future generations may enjoy them too. On Saturday 25th March we will join millions across the planet to mark Earth Hour by switching off the lights for an hour; our restaurant will be lit with candles and there is also the option of booking a private table for a candlelit dinner on the beach – visit my.innahura.com or use the Innahura Mobile App to book your private candlelight dinner on the beach for Earth Hour or on another evening during your stay with us.
Even if you won’t be here with us at Innahura, we would love you to join us in spirit by switching off the lights, wherever you may be. Have a candlelight dinner, watch the stars and come together for nature.
