Aside from the everyday culinary delights, special occasions from beach dinners and weddings, to cocktail parties and movie evenings are seamlessly easy with ‘happy place’ vibes when held at Olhu.
Along with Innahura’s other bar and restaurant, the dining experience at Olhu Bar is overseen by Executive Chef Naresh, who joined the resort as part of the pre-opening team back in 2018. With more than 30 years experience, Naresh has spent more than 20 of these with Crown & Champa Resorts where he has trained over 100 chefs and stewards. Prior to taking the helm at Innahura, Naresh was a much-respected member of the culinary team at our sister resort, Kuredu Resort Maldives, where he was part of the winning team in the Hotel Asia Competition held in Male. With Asian, Continental and Mediterranean cuisines his specialities, it’s no great surprise to see these influencing the fare on offer at Innahura.
